I had a nice phone screen with an existing engineer. Then, they had me take a three-hour-long proctored interview where I had to complete a speed round of a dozen math problems, questions about a mock programming language, and data structures and algorithms coding questions. You can only use C, C++, and Java for those.
It was a horrible experience. The interview was too long, and you couldn't leave to get a drink. You could only use the bathroom in between sections.
I'm not sure how they treat their actual engineers if this is their hiring process.
