There is a lot of emphasis on making it a better travel search and buy experience. Lot of team parties and events. People are really helpful and easygoing. Some engineers and managers are really smart.
No transparency from senior management. Recently, there's been a lot of attrition. Good and really smart people left the company. A lot of smart and capable people were laid off recently, which makes me think about the future strategy of the company. Hard-walled offices have been replaced by cubicles in the new building.
