I love working with very smart and educated individuals.
The pay is good.
I never feel like I get off of work. My work follows me everywhere. Two weeks paid leave feels like a joke, due to still kinda needing to be available to my work phone for random problems at work.
Let us have four weeks' paid vacation, like other professionals, with a work phone.
