Pros: Excellent benefits. Friendly people. Open and friendly culture.

Cons: Standards are poor and quality is very low. I feel I have regressed in terms of my skills since joining the company. Anyone outside the US is referred to as "off-shore" and is simply there to do repetitive, boring programming, with no influence or say in how things are done. Engineers in the US seem to work around the clock and never seem to implement any of the modern best practices that would make their lives easier. If you are an engineer looking to develop your skills and progress in your career, then joining this company would be a bad move.

Pros: Good pay rates, nice work culture. A good place to learn for people looking for jobs with a financial background or management roles.

Cons: As a software developer, the work I do here is not satisfying. My colleagues working here as developers feel the same.

Pros: Flexible in timing Technology agnostic Short-term onsite opportunities

Cons: Run by senior citizens on rules and politics. Compensation is average.
