Speed is not always better than accuracy
Many of the pros of working at GEICO are no longer. They took away profit sharing, internal promotions, and excellent health insurance.
In the technology department, business knowledge is not respected, and speed of delivery is the only goal. This could lead to issues in a highly regulated business.
Respect those who have tenure and experience.
