They sent out a Hirevue behavioral followed by a Codevue coding interview with two pretty simple questions, all of which I passed all tests. The next round would have been in person.

Pros: Location is great. Austin is known for its traffic, but the office is located away from all of it. If you live nearby, you won't have any traffic problems.
Cons: The Austin Innovation Center was never a good place to work, but certain things balanced it out, like the Ambassador Program or the guaranteed raise every six months for new college hires.
Not so much anymore. The Ambassador program is canceled, and the raises are no longer guaranteed.
I don't know if the changes are a sign of things to come, but it's probably not a place to recommend at this time.

Pros: Great people and teamwork.
The people at GM really hold a lot of in-depth knowledge and expertise of the automotive industry.
Cons: Workload can extremely vary depending on the vehicle program you work on. Very process-oriented, not as agile as it could be.
