Bad work environment at that time. Mass college recruitment in 2012-13, when the new CIO came in with his lieutenants and brought in people. Too many ideas and work processes were floating around. I felt no sincerity from management. Look at where they are now. These kids left and moved on somewhere.
Do not focus on mass college recruitment.
Respect the ideas of experienced employees and don’t compare them to these kids who are very hungry to move upwards at all costs. Hire more experienced and seasoned professionals.

I just got the screen call. All questions were kind of standard. There were some technical questions asked. The recruiter just took notes. I didn't end up with an offer, but the whole communication was going pretty well.
It is all behavioral questions. The one who interviewed me was an engineer, so they understood a lot of the references that I brought up. Overall, the interview was very laid back.
