Pros

8% 401k match, generous PTO allotment from day 1.

Cons

It's not a matter of if, but when you get laid off. Management is a tightly knit group. I want people to always start at the bottom with layoffs.

Advice to Management

Make layoffs merit-based, not connection-based. Try keeping top performers instead of cutting based on other factors.
