So, when Gong says that creating raving fans is the number one important thing to do, and that includes creating raving fans from employees, they do exactly that, and they do it well.

Cons: Someday I may need to work in another place, but what place will be able to compete?

Pros: Interesting features and products to work on, a lot of senior engineers to learn from, good developer culture, very open and direct management.
