The hiring manager contacted me via email, followed by a semi-technical phone interview lasting about an hour.
The on-site interview consisted of eight 30-minute sessions. The questions focused on how I would set up testing, the procedures I would follow, and how to determine test priorities.
The interviewers represented a variety of specialties and asked questions from their respective fields, which I found both challenging and enjoyable. There were no "fluff" questions, only the type of discussions you would expect to have if you were actually working there.
The most difficult part was going into detail about a project that is secretive. I couldn't really know that much detail to begin with.
