Very Bad Experience - I was interviewed for SRE (Singapore).
First round: It consisted of two people interviewing for coding and systems. Some basic system questions and one coding challenge were asked. This round lasted about one and a half hours.
After this, I got an email saying I had moved to the second round. I was given a few free time slots to pick for the next round. On the day for which I picked the slot, I was told that the slot was taken and would have to be rescheduled.
I selected a different slot and joined the Zoom call on the new rescheduled date and time. After waiting in the Zoom meeting call for 10 minutes, I asked the HR over email to check if the interviewer was joining the call. With no surprise, the person who was supposed to interview me was busy, and I was told to reschedule it again.
After this, I got a rejection email saying that I was not experienced enough and did not give satisfactory answers in my initial round. Surprisingly, they realized this after wasting three weeks of my time and moving to the next round.
They don't tell you what the next round is about. There are no suggestions on what topics to refresh.
