Pre-Grab, One-North era:

• It was a friendly era, even the CTO will say hi to you and genuinely ask about the work wellbeing.
• There should be more clear guidance and support to help both staff and the drivers.
• There should be less political and gender bias.
• Promotion and salary increases are still possible as long as you work hard enough without much visibility.

After the Grab-One-North era, ever since then, everything is about cost-cutting, with no clear directive as everyone is trying to throw everything on the wall to see what sticks.

• Grabbers are constantly operating in fear as they might get a PIP without any reason, just because they want to cut 5% of the team each half.
• HR barely does anything, acting just as a lapdog for the management to make the working environment less ideal to stay in.
• The company is assuming AI is everything and is even trying to replace drivers for profit margins.

Go back to your own philosophy when you first started. You always care about your team and your people. The day you start to replace AI without just to save cost will be the downfall of your company.
