Good Team, Learning Encouraged
Culture depends on the team. Fortunately, my team has a good leader, and the culture and workload are good. Pay is decent. The leadership encourages learning and overall is good.
Right now, the economy is not good. With a prudent hiring process, some colleagues are getting burned out.
For compensation, it's definitely lower than the top US/CN companies but good enough for SEA companies.
