Initial screening interview on background and qualifications. Once passed, you'll get a take-home exam to solve coding problems. Then, you'll be followed by technical rounds of live coding interviews with their lead/senior engineers.
The interview process is pretty good, and the interviewer was very nice. It was a quite straightforward interview process. I like how Grab puts culture as a priority in its interview process.
This was the worst experience ever. They have poor knowledge of arranging interviews, as well as poor engineers. HR communication is too harsh; sometimes they just don't respond to anything. I'm assuming they have poor internet to check their emails,
