Pros: Collegiality - friendly, helpful people, plenty of social events.
Was one of the best workplaces when I joined.
Great new CEO and Head of PD.
Transparency.
Office.
Cons: Inability to prioritize. The big picture of the product is incomplete.
Lack of accountability. For example, if some devs don't like to QA and if you hint at it, you get into trouble.
Integrity. Feedback is king, but not double-checked properly. Taking positions without hearing you.

Pros: It recognizes your value and helps you to express yourself. People take care of you. I never received a 'no' when I proposed some solution requiring an investment from the company.
Cons: Not always at the state of the art of the technology, but who told the state of the art is always the best solution?
