I only got through the preliminary interview after submitting my coding test with HR. She discussed my time availability for the next round of interviews but then ghosted me.

I followed up with her a few days later, and she got back to me after five days just to tell me the position was closed.

Love the company

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Pros: I really like the people I am working with. Always helpful and polite, they give you the feeling that you are working toward a common goal.

Cons: Sometimes communication between different teams slows down development. It is understandable because teams are spread out all around the world.

Learned a lot as an intern

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: They are using some really cool software that I didn't know I could ever learn as a college student. The team is also super supportive and welcomed all my questions, so I got to learn and grow a lot as a software engineer. I literally asked people if they could explain something that's not directly related to work assigned to me, and they were happy to help out. Good work-life balance.

Cons: This company may not be as famous as the big tech out there, so it's possible that others (recruiters, friends, etc.) haven't heard of it.

Great People, Comfy Workplace

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Dublin, Dublin, Ireland

Pros: Excellent work environment. Friendly people. Nice workplace. Good communications and connections between managers and technical staff. A clear plan for the future. Physicians in the workplace.

Cons: Actually, the company is trying to overcome most of the cons. Maybe what I do not like is that the amenities are not that good. Sometimes the air conditioning does not work well, but nothing related to management.
