Pros: At Guidewire, you will never experience a negative competitive attitude, where one person tries to take advantage of another. Coworkers work together toward the ultimate goal of making better software. If you have a problem, you can ask any developer for help or tips. They will stop what they are doing, have a constructive conversation with you, and pair at your desk if needed. Most of the developers are highly skilled, with several rockstar programmers on the Platform team. The culture at Guidewire is great, as is the general vibe in the office.

Cons: I haven't identified any major drawbacks in this company. It just keeps getting better and better :)
