The recruitment process was thorough and quick. I received interview feedback the same day as the interviews. The hiring process went so smoothly; I got a good impression of the company from the beginning. I started working here very recently, and my peers are very easy to approach. They provide help and guidance when I need it. The work environment is very professional. There is no work pressure; I’m getting enough time to learn the job gradually. From my knowledge, Guidewire provides the best benefits around here.
I haven't been hit with any downside as yet.
