Plus, Guidewire has an awesome company culture, which minimizes hierarchy and encourages open discussion.
Guidewire also provides competitive pay, great benefits, and a lot of flexibility (unlimited time off with manager approval, remote and hybrid working ability, etc.).
There are improvements to be made within the engineering organization, and cross-team communication and planning could be better, but I can't think of much else. I enjoy working at Guidewire.
