Collegial work environment with very friendly and bright people
Guidewire has a very friendly atmosphere, and the company works hard to preserve its start-up culture. The company provides a great learning environment for summer interns, and I found that mentors and managers were all very supportive. In general, there is a great work-life balance at Guidewire.
Software engineering teams consist of seasoned engineers, but the company is working towards hiring new college graduates from top-tier engineering schools.
