My experience was mostly good. The interviewers were friendly.
I first had a culture fit call, and then a technical call for one hour with a Gusto engineer where I solved a medium/hard LeetCode question.
A few days later, I got an email saying that I wasn't moving on.

Pros: Mission, complex engineering problems, fun culture in the office.
Cons: Management bungled a few re-orgs, and I didn't like that at all. Depending on who you report to, your PE career growth can be easy or extremely difficult.
