Two technical phone screens asking basic algorithmic questions and an onsite at the Handshake office comprised of a project & presentation portion as well as coding & system design interviews. Everyone I've run into throughout the process was hospitable and welcoming, and the interview process and flows were smooth (maybe a bit long though).

In addition, the recruiters and managers were all very welcoming and interested in what you had to say.Cons: Besides the given challenge to schedule an interview time, the process wasn’t broken up through a set of days. Instead, the entire interview was about 3 to 4 hours long. It’s difficult to schedule that many hours in a single day and time period. It is also pretty tiring being interviewed for that long.
