Cons: ❌ No Career Growth – Promotions and growth opportunities are very limited. ❌ No Technical Growth – Minimal exposure to cutting-edge technologies or innovation. ❌ Limited Learning for Freshers – Not an ideal place for fresh graduates, as there’s little challenging work. ❌ Strict Bureaucratic Rules – Too many approvals and rigid processes slow everything down. ❌ No Exposure to New Tech – Mostly working on outdated systems with limited learning opportunities. ❌ Uninspiring Work Culture – Lack of smart, motivated people to learn from.
