Flexible if you’re a good engineer.
Not a great place to work early in your career. The maximum freedom and flexibility means you can often be left behind at the pace things move at here.
Too many small teams leads to confusion as to ownership of certain aspects of the product.
Too many meetings, particularly random social ones.
Lacks expectations regarding deadlines, etc.
I think a company of this size needs to tighten up its management structure and set clearer expectations with staff, IBM-style.
