The phone interview mostly involved explanations of the three teams, their relationships, and the interviewer mentioned a technical, face-to-face interview would follow if the call went well. Some questions about C++ and Java were also asked. It was not a difficult phone interview.

Pros: Work-life balance, multiculturalism, and numerous opportunities to try different work within the same department. Nice working environment; people around like to help each other.
Cons: Heavy process, not a very clear picture on product strategy. Sometimes feel too many reviews and not enough time focused on work items.

Very good company with respect to inclusion. Diversity is a struggle but improving.
