The virtual interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. I received a call on Saturday and attended the interview on Tuesday. The interviewer was friendly. I felt I lacked in some SQL basics, but overall, it was a nice experience.

Flexible working hours.
Has very good company policies.
Cons: Office cabs are provided only to women and trans employees.
Manager-centric company; if you are under a bad manager, then there is no scope for development, irrespective of your skills.
Most of the promotions are given to women to bring down the gender gap. Sometimes this leads to unworthy promotions in the team.
