Career investment: for those who enjoy studying and want to improve, the company cares and has some of the best internal training I have ever seen.
Quality of life, as they don't care much about workload and overtime. Excessive processes for everything; solutions become completely rigid at times. Unqualified management; some first-line managers received no training for this role.
