Pros: Lots of hard work, with no direction, so any job after this would look easy.
Cons: It feels like you are being pushed over. There is a set agenda which is pushed to you, where your opinion doesn't count.
There is a lot of politics and chaos, where making people happy superficially is important to pursue one's own career. Management is highly selfish and is sitting to take advantage of people.
The Program Director is good for nothing and expects others to move mountains.
