Process
I was interviewed at IBM, Ayala, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
The interview process is as follows:
After applying online, HR will conduct an initial phone interview and invite you for an exam within 1-2 days. If you pass the exam, you will have another two sets of exams: behavioral and logical. If you pass these, you will be invited for a technical interview. If you pass that, you will be invited for a training program that lasts for 6-8 weeks. If you pass the training program, you are automatically employed.

Layoff - Since I joined in 2016, it's not uncommon for the company to fire employees who are on the bench. Even good, competent employees get rolled-off from projects and are later laid off. 2. Poor incentives. Even if I had high ratings, I didn't receive incentives and didn't get a salary increase.
