The process was efficient. After being presented to the hiring manager through the staffing agency, there were two peer phone interviews: one for personality fit and the other for technical skills. This was followed by a phone interview with the manager. Since the position was customer-facing, there was an in-person interview with the manager. Within a day, an offer was made. There were a few rounds of negotiation to come to mutually agreeable terms, and the offer was accepted. I started on the negotiated date.
