Behavior-Based Structural Interview

This interview is based on the assumption that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. Before entering the job interview, the interviewer identified the skills and competencies required to perform this role.

Many "stories" were requested, always with specific details (names, numbers, etc.). I was allowed to alter or hide customer-sensitive or SPI information, but I had to remain concise.
