Process
Extremely bad management.
The recruiter scheduled an interview for 11 AM. I arrived on time and waited outside the building for around 3 hours to submit my resume. Management's excuse was that there was already a huge crowd inside and they would call us when there was space. They never called, so I left after waiting for 3 hours without an interview. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
