Pros: Learning opportunities and many paid courses that can even be used for certifications.
Cons: Outdated technology compared to competitors. They force the use of technologies that are not used anywhere else (IBM Cloud instead of AWS, for example). Very weak management, with a lack of direction and always providing vague or false information. Established as a Sales area to pay employees less and circumvent the union system.
