Pros: Free food truck every Wednesday.
Online classes and content are very good.
Cons: No raises in 6 years for me, as well as all but one in the group. Not even COLA.
No bonus pool, no incentives.
Poor stock purchase plan - only 5% discount.
All while buying back stock. All while driving us to reward the stockholders.
My colleagues at NTAP, CISCO, etc., aren't dealing with this pathetic compensation.
The gym is paid member only and is offsite.
Facilities maintenance is poor.

Cons: Management is in poor condition for all issues, including HR issues. It comes to the manager for a final decision.

Cons: You can be allocated to any outdated technology project and need to work there.
