Pros: Work/Life balance is OK. It will depend on your direct management team. Some are better than others.
Health benefits are good.
401(k) - Matching to 6%, but only paid at the end of the year. If you leave for whatever reason before that time, then there is no 401(k) payout.
Cons: Little room for career growth.
People are extremely expendable. Layoffs occur throughout the year, no matter your skill or contribution level.
Focus is completely on quarterly results to satisfy Wall Street.
