Pros: Flexible work. Work with teams all over, so flexibility of schedule and working from home is great.
Cons: No raises or promotions. Very little or none in the last couple of years. When raises are given, they are so small it's technically a pay cut from year to year. No promotions within the department and no real support for younger team members' career growth.

Pros: Shifting towards CAMSS.
Innovation through acquisition of companies, both small startups and large.
Good benefits for young people.
Competitive salary if you know your worth.
Retina MacBook Pros.
Lots of different tasks to do. You can gain lots of experience.
Cons: Needs to improve IBM Notes (Internal email client).
Needs to improve the way internal applications work. They are very slow and full of clutter.
Expense reimbursement with an AMEX Corporate card is very troublesome.
Work/life balance can be hard to manage if you work at home. You are very tempted to work all day. This is normal for Software Engineers, though.
A little slow at times. Sometimes you wonder if people know you're on the team or still around.

Pros: - Very relaxed environment; hours are very chill, and people can easily work from home. No one will care if you leave early as long as you finished your work.
- Great compensation for the work.
Cons: - Working with mainframes means working with technologies that are very dated.
- The location of this site is pretty meh.
