Process
The project resource initially conducted the technical round of the interview over the phone at the IBM location. They then said I would be notified of the outcome.
After a few weeks, I received a call from HR. They stated they wanted to conduct another round, and the same resource conducted this one as well. This time, they verified if I had updated myself based on the previous interview.
Once the technical interview was completed, HR contacted me for a discussion that lasted half an hour. This was primarily a salary negotiation.
