Approached by recruiters, I had my first interview, which was a general chat about the role and my skills.
I wasn't interested in the role, as it was more like a consultant (onsite, going to clients). Anyway, I would have appreciated even an automated rejection email after a few days, but I was completely ghosted.
You wouldn't expect a "who cares" attitude from IBM, but life is full of surprises!
