Two interviews were conducted: one normal and one technical.
All interviews were remote, and the experience was very pleasant.
For the second interview, two people asked questions, and there were two coding exercises. The exercises were not too difficult and were very Java-centric.

Pros: It has a good work and life balance. Working time is flexible. The team leader and team members are nice. The working environment is good.
Cons: Very bureaucratic. Very hard to get promoted. It is hard or even impossible to communicate with middle and senior management.
