Big corporation. Lots of procedures

Pros: Nice office at Domino Farms. Can work from home on occasion. Lots of online learning resources (RedBooks, etc.). Other job opportunities within this big corporation.
Cons: Cost-cutting measures: 401(k) payout only in December, no vacation day carryover, and benefits are not great. Low raises and no bonuses, even if your group does well. So many processes and procedures for daily activities.

Pros: The people I work with immediately are great people and honest workers.
The pay is good.
Cons: The company itself does not care about its employees. They are quick to lay off and let go, and it's causing their company to become a stepping stone rather than a career builder.
There is no accountability in upper management. They all look after each other to keep their bonuses.
I feel like I signed on to a job rather than a career. It's pretty much expected that you'll leave within a year or two for another position. They provide absolutely no incentive for employees to stay.

Pros: The HR guy asked me some simple questions like, "Tell me about yourself," "Strengths and weaknesses," and "Hobbies." After all that, he said I would be receiving an email in a few weeks' time.
Cons: There is nothing to say about IBM. But they need to hire PG freshers.
