Pros: Lots of opportunity to work on great technology with some really smart people. Flexibility to move to other teams and learn new skills, technologies, and roles.
Cons: While IBM is pretty good at responding to changing markets, the impacts to employees, like layoffs (workforce reductions), do not always seem well considered.
