Process
The interview process was smooth and quick. Questions asked were relevant to the position and work. It was a cordial, multi-level interview process.
Three different levels of technical interviews were followed by a Human Resources (HR) interview. The HR interview focused more on interpersonal and soft skills.
The three technical interview levels were conducted within 10 days. Feedback after every technical interview was prompt, and I was informed via email about the next interview level. Once all technical interviews were completed, I was informed about the HR interview.
Questions
Mainly technical questions surrounded the technology and different workstreams that I had experienced. I was also asked about specific scenario-based situations and how I would resolve those.

Moreover, starting from 2012 till 2015 (the period I have observed), more than 60% of employees did not receive salary hikes, and the rest 40% might have gotten less than 5%. The concept of people management is costing the company dearly. I have seen people working on a single project, doing monitoring activities with no good exposure, turn into delivery managers and decide others' fates. Revenue has been going down continuously for the past 4 years. The company is focusing more on Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, etc., with no investment in other areas (Service business).
