Good people, nice place to work
Very open to training and employee growth.
Everyone is helpful and supportive.
Good atmosphere for people who are divergent in some way.
Constant growth in using technology.
Pay is not great. Working remote, that salary is wonderful, but on-site would have us living in cardboard boxes. A little chaotic in terms of technical direction.
I think more consistent direction is important. Make sure to invest in your people. Money is important, but so is a modern tech stack.
