If you are in a good project and if managers are good, you get a good hike and a good environment.
In many of the projects, you will be sent to client locations.
Managers don't care in this case what you work and how you work; you are at the mercy of clients.
Also, don't expect much salary hikes as well.
Please get some good people in management.
