Flexibility.
No one cares about when you are coming or when you are leaving, as long as you complete your work without any issues.
You can work if money and knowledge are not your priority.
No hike. No employee engagement program. Managers will be adding more responsibilities and workload without any hikes. No proper training. No proper workflow and methodologies are followed.
Take care of your employees; otherwise, the company will definitely fail.
