Well, since there are none, I'll just add more cons here.
You won't get decent free coffee. Bonuses are non-existent, and they brag about certifications, but other companies have much better certifications.
The workload is very high, and the people hired for the job are few.
You will work on weekends, and they will give you comp off. The funny thing is, those comp offs will expire, and you won't even be able to take your privilege leaves.
They will literally make you finish work under such pressure. In the name of appreciation, the manager will just send you a text message. Forget salary increments; it doesn't happen at IBM. I have been in this company for 5 years, and I am good at what I do, yet they just don't give you a hike.
Every 10 months, your manager will change, and the new manager won't do anything about your hike. So, please do not waste your time joining this company, like I did.
If you make people work day and night, at least give a decent amount of money as salary. If your team is calling someone when they are on leave, give them the damn on-call money.
Very professional interviewers. There was just one round with the manager and two technical people. There was no hassle of going through three different rounds. Everything was accomplished in one round, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
After submitting my application, I was given a cognitive ability assessment (30 minutes) and a HackerRank programming test (around 2 hours). You can choose which language you want to use in the programming test.
Very good and easy interview. It included lots of Java, Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, API testing, SQL, RDBMS, and MongoDB questions. The questions were mainly focused on testing and SDET roles. Do check GeeksforGeeks and Javapoint for any help you migh
