The first round is a telephonic interview, followed by a technical video call (round 2), and then an HR round for salary discussion. The total process is good. However, I feel it's a very good company to join, especially with good pay.

Very easy, and people are so open-minded and flexible regarding your work time. Salary is a bonus in this company, but for an increase, you need to do wonderful things with big efforts.
