Having plenty of opportunities and a lot of scope to learn new things. Will get time-to-time rewards. Good motivation from the manager.
Not noticed any cons as of now.
3-step interview process: * Telephone screening with HR. * Technical screening call with a few techies. * Onsite interview workshop (half-day) consisting of a case study presentation, executive interview, and tech interview.
HR sourcing by phone On-site HR interview Technical interview by phone with an architect (who clearly indicated a very high level without me seeing any evidence of it during the interview) Then no more feedback... disappearance of the IBM teams!!!
It was so disappointing to learn that a prestigious company like IBM, after discussing CTC and asking me to resign from my current organization, never looked back to send an offer. This was an embarrassing moment for any candidate to trust a company
