Great place to work with so many different talented individuals. It is important to increase contacts and build a network to grow in the organization. Lots of scope to expand skill set and develop in new areas.
It all depends on your relationship with your manager. There's a deep-seated hierarchy system. You cannot grow without support from higher-ups.
