Everyone was nice and friendly. There is a great amount of networking to be done at IBM.
No help from Senior Management.
No one from HR ever met with me, and I could never get them on the phone or meet with them face-to-face. That was very weird and uncomfortable.
Please onboard new employees in a more professional manner. Don't just throw them in a room and expect them to understand what you are doing.
